Bossy Bruja, LLC offers support on a first come, first serve basis.

We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone before or after a consultation. We reserve the right to discontinue work with written notice, sent via email, if an unresolvable issue is to arise between Bossy Bruja, LLC or its affiliates and a customer.

After you have placed an order please allow 14-21 business days for handling and packaging, before shipment. THE SOONER YOU ORDER, THE SOONER YOU’LL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. WE ARE WORKING TO SPEED UP OUR SHIPMENT TIMES. Please allow the allotted time to elapse before contacting Bossy Bruja, LLC or its affiliates regarding your order. All communications regarding orders must be sent via email to orders@bossybruja.com.

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable, which includes the sales/purchases of readings and consultations. If you schedule and must reschedule, please send an email to orders@bossybruja.com as soon as possible or use the automated email you received upon scheduling. If you schedule and do not wish to have the reading or consultation, you forfeit the purchase and money spent becomes a donation.

All orders must be placed within the website. We do not offer add-ons via email, DM, or text. Communications via DM on social media or by text will not be answered unless an affiliate of Bossy Bruja, LLC has explicitly requested such communications.

If a package is ruined, lost, stolen, damaged, or if it mysteriously vanishes into thin air en route to you, please contact USPS and file a claim.

Bossy Bruja, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for what happens to you when you use any of the products purchased through this site. Results may vary and we make no guarantees. Magic/magick is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. In accordance with certain laws, please be advised that magic/magick is for entertainment purposes only.

All oils sold by Bossy Bruja, LLC are intended for external use only. Do not ingest any oils or other products from Bossy Bruja, LLC. Please keep the products away from your eyes and out of the reach of children. The primary suggested use of all oils are to dress candles, prepare floor washes, and to anoint spiritual tools and altars. Please exercise wisdom when using the products. We do not suggest using the oils on your skin if you suffer from any allergies because the oils contain many food grade herbs and other nature-sourced materials. If you use the oils on your skin you do so at your own risk.

Never leave a candle unattended. Please snuff candles out if you will be unable to keep careful watch. Keep candles out of the reach of children.

If you have made an error in entering your address and your package is returned, you will incur a re-shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping your order once it has been retuned-to-sender. This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address before placing your order.

If you realize a problem with your address prior to receiving your tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to fix it.
